Looking to hire a HR Generalist for a small manufacturing company in the Fenton area. Salary is based on experience.
HR Manager JOB SUMMARY
- Manage Human Resource functions
- Compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations
- Personnel/payroll transactions
- Implement personnel procedures
- Functions – include management of time clock software, maintenance of personnel files, employment verifications, unemployment claim processing, placing help wanted Ads.
- FMLA claim processing, COBRA processing, track employee reviews, administer and track points program, administer and track all benefits including health, life and dental insurance, vacation, personal days, etc.
- 2-5 years of Human Resource Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a degree in Business, Human Resources or related degree
